Starters

I just talked to my local IH (Navistar) dealer.  He can get brand 
spanking new starters from Delco for $300.  Or, he can get some rebuilt 
by Delco for $60.  One size fits all v8's 68-84.  He tells me these are 
rebuilt by Delco as opposed to Heimy Schickelgruber Rebuilders where I've 
been buying them.

I guess I'll try the dealer if the latest rebuilt doesn't work right. On 
the fourth since July '95, (and it wasn't driven for a year).
