Cripes Dale!
	My compliments, I now have a new hero.  I read that book too, my 
girlfriend made me.  That book prompted me to dream draw up price out my 
dream garage.  It'll be alot like yours except, wood stove heat, 1 of the 
doors to be 10 feet, with that bay double height for an above ground lift, 
and a loft over the other bay at 8ft ceiling height to house pool table and 
beer fridge.  I told my girlfriend, she can design/decorate the rest of the 
house anyway she wants, the garage is mine!!!!;)
