"The other Ken's" weird question....

If I try to shift from Park to reverse, it _REALLY_ doesn't want to
go.  It eventually does go in, but only after I apply the
"oh-my-god-my-arm-is-going-to-break-before-this-thing-shifts" force to it.

N to reverse is smooth as can be.
N to drive is also smooth.

What have I bent/broken???
