I've been on the 2-way for.. 14+ years?  (and you all know I'm a youngin) 
and I have never heard a "real" truck driver use "Good Buddy" or most of 
the other wonderful stereotypes... Only the "kids" playin' around on the 
radio ever come up with such terms..
