Actually me!!!  I get about 200 messages per day and at 28,800 bps and
above, it takes only a few minutes to retrieve them (of course on Netcom or
AOL, I can understand how this might take hours).  Without hogging up a
modem port at my ISP or having my wife yell at me for hogging our home
telephone line, I can read or respond to my e-mail at my leisure.  When
I've prepared all of the responses, it takes a click on one button and
couple of seconds to upload it back.
