Not all RHD Scout II's have Posi

Just in case somebody *sees* a junked RHD and figure they'll get a
trac-lock rear-end automatically, our '72 RHD has the 3.73 RA18 rear axle,
which is *not* trac-loc as verified by visual inspection and line-ticket.
So not true in all cases.
