Dunno about stock, but you can order a brand new Saturn Overdrive for a 
Dana 18 transfer case.. works in Scout 80s, Military Jeeps, and the CJs 
through.. '67 or so (whenever Jeep swapped to the Dana 20).  Bolts onto 
the PTO port and gives something like a 23 or 27% OD.
