administrivia: fetching old digests

it's not all that hard.

for volume 5, you need to use majordomo@domain.elided
for volume 4, you need to use majordomo@domain.elided (because i
haven't moved v4 yet.)

the majordomo command you need is named get. suppose you want v5, #12; send
the following command to majordomo

get ihc-digest v05.n012

note the leading zeros; volume numbers must be 2 digits; issue numbers must
be 3 digits. the case must be lower; these are file names in a Linux
directory, and must be exact matches.
