I noticed this since this summer, and the NW Binder Roundup.  I believe 
there were more Scouts at the NWBinder show than in attendance at the 
RMIHR.  For some strange reasons, there's a lot of Scout-a-holics that 
live in the OR/WA/ID area full of technical info.  

Heck, remember "Mad Love", set in Seattle w/ Chris O'donnel and a blue 
soft-top Scout II.

Do I fall into the OR/WA/ID area, or do we just call it the "Pacific 
NW".. ;)

I got pulled over tonight for a driver's tail light out.. lucky for me, I 
had a spare with me.. imagine the cop's expression as I walk to the back 
of the truck with my battery powered screw driver, and an extra bulb.. :-)
