Charles,
Unless you have access to competent slave child labor, the answer is yes, 
you do.

Just follow the Bentley. 
Suck all old fluid out of the brake fluid reservoir. It helps if the new 
fluid is of different color than the old (i.e.: Super Blue vs. Type 200).
Start with the caliper furthest away from the master reservoir (right 
rear). Then move in closer. 
Consider flushing the clutch. 
Keep a close eye on the piston seals. If they look ragged or had pulled 
out of their original grooves, consider rebuilding the calipers with new 
seals. 
Inspect the brake lines for any sign of wear, rubbing or disfiguration. A 
15+ year old car will be shortly due for all new rubber hoses, including 
the brake lines.
Inspect the brake pads/rotors while you are in there.
