wiper blades for E36

Admittedly after owning my 95 M3 for years I haven't done a lot of
research on wiper blades but since it sounds like many members have lots
of knowledge on them I think I'll fully utilize it. First, what is the
difference between winter blades vs. teflon vs. regular blades? Second,
for each kind what are some of the better choices out there? Thanks in
