Hello all,
 

At the risk sounding trivial, I will ask my question anyway.   The slides 
on both of my sun visor mirrors are very difficult to open and close I 
need to fix this as soon as possible.  I'm hoping there is a quick and 
easy fix for this.  My girlfriend is starting to give me grief about it. 
Any suggestions on how to remedy this situation will greatly appreciated.
