325e Engine Swap

I am changing the engine in my 84 325e. I have purchased a 86 M20 engine
that came out of a car with auto trans. My 325e has a 5-speed. Other than
finding the correct crankshaft pilot bearing for the 5-speed input shaft, is
there any other problems associated with this swap? Thanks in advance.
