<E28> Electric Fan .. any horspower gains?

Hi All,

I am thinking about removing the clutch fan and getting one of those high
power electric fans out there, with a temp switch.  In american cars you
actually gain horspower, as I did in my 94 Z28 years ago.  But I have since
gotten rid of that car.. and have only tinkered with my air cooled flat 6 in
the 911 for horsepower gains.. Now I want to do a bit to my 535.  Anyone do
this? are there gains to be had?
