Eric,

I tried getting spring rates out of H&R earlier this year (my interest was
in the H&R Sport spring).  All they would say is that they are progressive
rate (and they are) and that they are approx 25% stiffer than stock.  And
since I had the sport pkg to start with, I only know that they are
"stiffer" than what I had before.  

I'm not sure this really helps, just wanted to give my .02 that the spring
rate data is difficult to find, if its out there at all.
