Got my car back worse than it was!! (m)

Greetings all.

I went to pick up my 95 325i yesterday that had the
clutch and clutch master cyl. replaced and I noticed
some problems.  First of all it was ver difficult to
get into gear (5 sp.).  And when I did pop it into
gear the car would vibrate.(in gear)  When I test
drove it it started off bad but once I started to
switch gears it would get better and worse.  If that
makes sense.  Does anyone have any idea what could
cause this?  I left the car there and told them to fix
it.  The mechanic told me that maybe my tranny was
giving me problems. Could my new clutch be causing
something else to fail??

I also had the guibo (flex disc) replaced and I could
feel the drive shaft vibrating between 2000 and 2500
rpm's.  I'm guessing missaligned drive shaft??

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
