Power Steering Fluid or ATF?

Went to add a little fluid to my power steering tank when I noticed a 
sticker that said "ATF Oil Only".  Is ATF oil a substitute for PS 
fluid?  This is a 5spd car so you sure wouldn't be putting ATF in 
anything else.

Suggestions?
