Don't know about the wheel but I really like Pirelli Snowsport 210s for
their compromise in snow grip and dry pavement smoothness. Depends a
lot on where you live but if you don't get a ton of snow, the Pirelli's
are the way to go.
I have also heard great things about the Vredestein Snotrac.
Boy, you really do plan ahead. I'm just shopping for summer tires.
