Crankshaft Pulley Bolt: _Help_

_Help_
the crank pulley bolt on my E36 won't crack free.
The factory crank lock tool is bolted correctly in place.
Done the torching, breaker bar, long pipe routine without success.
Even a 3/4 ratchet bent more than imaginable and this bas%$rd of a bolt
refused to budge.
Air ratchets make puking sounds rather than spinning when put on this
bolt.
    Can anyone help?
Any non traditional ideas that might work?
I've got a fresh //M3 head ready to bolt onto Mr. Kerouac so he can get
back
'On the Road' again, and can't get the pulley off to change to timing
chain rail and guides first.
Yelp Yowl, my //M3 remains silent its exhaust desperate to again
make a howl.
