A '95 M3 may look the same it's quite a different car than the 97-99s.
OBDI, no traction control, a 3.0L engine, same size wheels all round, lower
sitting stock suspension (rumor till confirmed), easy to chip. Downsides
are cooling system problems especially the radiator and plastic impeller
water pump.

The thing is if you want to modify the car go with the '95 you'll get a
better response from performance mods. If you want less problems and pay a
little more than go with the later dates.
