The factory amp is located in the trunk on the left side in front of the
power antenna. You'll have to pull back the trunk liner to get at it.
I mounted an aftermarket amp upside down on the rear deck and was able to
pull the factory wiring harness over to the new amp and re-use the existing
speaker wires.
