Front wheel Bearings on 535i

Yesterday, I just noticed the first tell-tale sign of
my front wheel bearings wearing out.  So, I called the
local auto parts store to get a new set (pack 'em then
just replace when I pull the wheels, instead of
pulling and packing and replacing), and was informed
that the only part they have is the entire hub.

Just trying to save a little time here...are the front
wheel bearings (inner and outer) readily removable as
on most cars? Or is there something different here?

(I don't want to pull the wheels then find out I gotta
go buy the whole hub!)
