Here's a site with good information on tuning your car's handling by doing
things like adjusting the sway bars:

I'm assuming that your bars have several holes for the end links to bolt
to. If you use the holes towards the ends of the bars, you're softening
the bar. If you move the end links away from the ends of the bar, towards
the center section, you're making the bar stiffer.
