Gearbox for 635CSi

The gearchange in my gearbox recently broke down in my euro 635CSi.
I'm considering getting a used one to replace it. 
635s are a bit rare around here, so it would be great to know which 
other BMW models that carry a gearbox that will fit without
modifications 
(preferably with the same ratios).

I'm currently looking into getting it fixed, but both options will be
money
dependent.
