Re:scratchy radio



I've only seen a miracle on very cheap pots with loose bushings and no
shaft lubricant, when you could get some cleaner in through the shaft.
Don't bother.

If you go inside the radio, you won't have to take the pot apart, you can
get the spray to go in around the terminals. Spray, rotate end-to-end many
times, spray again, rotate.

One the last factory BMW radio I did I had to remove a circuit board, which
involved soldering. But the steel bracket supporting the pot had a hole in
it just for the spray tube
