Leather Repair question

I need to repair (replace) the leather upholstery on the rear seat bench of my
328i. Does anyone know if BMW makes factory replacement upholstery? Where
could I have the work done? Is this an expensive repair? If I have it done at
an auto leather repair shop, can I expect a "factory new" looking result?

Any answers to these questions or other pertinent information regarding this
subject would be appreciated.
