<E36> Clutch problem

Hello fellow digesters!

Lately I've experienced something odd with my clutch. If have been driving 
with high revs. - above 4000rpm, and I then depress the clutch, I get this 
weird sensation in the pedal. It feels like something is shaking - allmost 
like when you brake hard and the ABS gives these punches back through the 
brake pedal, but not so violently.
What could be my problem?
