<E30> Sunroof Rattle/Adjustment

Hey folks,

I've got an '85 E30 325e with a sunroof "rumble" when going
over bumps.  Is simple adjustment required, or is it likely
that the seals need replacing (its old, and I'm guessing
the seals have lost any "cushiness" that they had when new).

The sunroof opens/closes without any problems or noise, so
in general, all is well.

BTW, the parts CD lists front/rear seals (and Bentley mentions
them as well).  The CD also lists a "circular" seal.  Any ideas
about what they are referring to?
