E36 Heated Seat Repair

I didn't get any responses to this question a while back, so will try
again one more time.

Has anyone out there with an E36 ever taken apart their front seats to
replace the heater pads? My 93 318is has cloth, manual seats. I had very
good luck replacing the heater element in the butt cushion part (nice and
toasty now), but am stumped as how to take apart the seat back (upright
portion). Would love to hear from someone who has done this.
