Steel Wheels for 330Ci?

Are there steel wheels available that will fit the 330Ci?

TireRack says there aren't any that they know of in the 17" size, and 
I understand nothing smaller will fit over the brakes, right?

TireRack is sticking to their "unfortunate error" of misprinting the 
330 wheel and tire package at approx half the actual cost ($700 
instead of $1300). I tried calling again tonight and "unfortunately 
there is nothing they can do."

Is TireRack the only real place to go? Or should I consider other 
places? I want snow tires and wheels, mounted, balanced, and shipped 
to my home, preferably for less than $1,000.
