M3 Body Kit Install - Unknown Pieces

Hi,

I recently acquired a used BMW M3 body kit.  There are 3 pieces which I do 
not know the uses for.  I am assuming 2 are for the fog lights as they seem 
to fit the holes correctly (the 3 holes).  The last one, I assume is for 
the rear bumper to attach it to the car (stablization?).

Could anybody please confirm this?
