Does anyone have experience replacing the dash in an E28 (or any other siimilar vintage Bimmer)? I have found a few posts in the archives with varying descriptions of difficulty. I have found a source for a new OEM dash (big $$$), but don't have a local mechanic experienced at doing the job. If anyone has done this or knows of a source of info, please let me know. Thanks!
