<E36> Headlight wiring/extra bulb

Mike, that bulb is a low wattage bulb, I wired mine to come on with the
parking lights, so I use them as driving lights so that other drivers
can see me, it looks like my headlights are on, so my car is very
visible, but not blinding to oncoming traffic, or using as much power as
the the real headlights.
