UUC exhaust and shortshiter

Hi all,

I'm thinking of replacing my M3's stock exhaust with an aftermarket one from UUC.  I'm wondering if anyone has any expreience with the it.  

I'm also interested in UUC's shortshifter.  I heard good things from the shop that recommends it but I need additional comment on it.
