Put 95"M3 trans on 92"325i, but drive shaft doesn't fit; what to do?

Hi to all BMW digests,

I was trying to swap a 95"M3 transmission to my 92"
325i with broken trans, after bolt on almost
everything just figured out that the drive shaft of
325i doesn't fit the M3 transmissiom becouse of the
different size of connector and flex disc.

I am not willing to spend an extra U$600 to buy those
new parts and then figure out the differential can be
not fit with drive shaft connector.

In your guys experience, any good suggestion??
