i replaced mine about a year ago. it took me about 10 minutes. all i used was 
a craftsman open end wrench  ( i think it was a 19mm). i loosened it enough 
with the wrench so that i could turn it with my fingers and pull it out the 
rest of the way. i know its tucked waaaaay up in there, but you shouldn't 
have to drop the tranny to replace it.
