M30 timing chains live long

Georg
The M30 motor turns so slowy because of the overdrive tranny, that the
timing chain just doesn't get all that much wear.
I always change the chain and cam sprocket during valve jobs, or cam &
crank sprockets and timing chain during motor rebuilds, but I've never had
to replace a newer (80-) M30 timing chain as a seperate project.
I've had them go over 400k miles without a problem.
