Bill,
The console switch is the lockout switch, so that rear door window
buttons don't function. Unfortunatly about the only way to tell which
mode it's in is to try the rear door switches. Intent is to keep kids
from mischief running the windows up and down.
The push button below right of the steering column is the window circuit
reset button. Use this when you forget to use the first one and the
kids have run the windows up and down until the breaker trips.
You should be able to get a proper owners manual from a dealer parts
counter. It will come in very handy when your battery goes dead and you
have to reset the trip computer functions.
