You bet!
It's a 'resistor pack'. Should run you around $15 at the dealer.
Remove the firewall (from within the engine bay;), you will now be staring
and the black plastic blower. In front of your, a cover will be held in
place by plastic 2 tie wraps (and something else?). Remove the cover and you
are now staring at the offending resistor pack. Pull out up and out and put
the new one in its place.
Done.

1.5 hours first time.
20 minutes next time around...
