If you go to BMWUSA's website (www.bmwusa.com) and navigate to their 
certified used car section, you can find all the information for any car 
and option package that is for sale there.

It may take awhile for all of the permutations you are interested in to 
show up for sale there, but this approach worked for me when shopping for 
a '95.

There may be more efficient ways to gather this info, but this will work.
