Wheels = flywheel?  No way.  All rotational inertia is not equal.  The
flywheel, in first gear, spins about 14 revolutions for every revolution of
the wheels.  Polar moment of inertia is proportional to the square of the
angular velocity, therefore one lb saved at the flywheel is nearly 200 times
more effective than one lb saved at the wheels, in first gear.
