Mike is right.

I was just exchanging emails with a 19-year old who told me that he had to
go to the cosmetic upgrades since he couldn't afford the real performance
mods (also considering possible damage repair costs).  He had a 316i.

I just told him to save all his money instead of having all those cosmetic
upgrades and, when the time comes, upgrade the car!
