E36 Inspection II advice

I have a 92 E36 325i with about 80,000 Km (48,000 Miles) on it. I'd like
some advice on which fluids and spark plugs to use. The car has an LSD and
I'm in Canada but don't drive it in the winter. Also any other tips for
this service would be appreciated. I have the Bentley manual. Thanks in
advance for any help.
