Sounds like your front left wheel bearing is worn. To check for this:

	1. Jack up and support your car.

	2. Check the suspected wheel for freeplay by grasping the top and bottom of
the wheel and rocking it.

	3. If there is obvious play (and the lugs are tight of course) then most
likely that wheel bearing is worn.
