Change light bulbs in the instrumentation panel

I have a 83 320i.  I would appreciate if someone can tell me step by step how 
to change the three light bulbs in the speedometer instrumentation panel.  I 
need to have them changed because they are sort of dim.  Also they are the 
original light bulbs, it is amazing that they last so long.  Thanks in 
advance.
