TRANS PROGRAM Fault E34

Hi all,
	I have a 535IA 1989 and I am getting a "trans program" code on the dash
when I start her up. Tranny works fine. All gears including 4 work. Is there
a way I can get a code out like the check engine light? Any ideas on what it
could be? It has 70,000 miles on it and it runs like a gem.
