it's real easy to change the clutch engage point relative to where the pedal
bottoms... simply move the pedal stop up.  the stock stop is just a little
plastic piece that screws into the floor;  this can easily be replaced with a
bolt and a rubber foot.  with this, you can place the clutch engagement point
just above the floor... this not only makes for easier shifting, but allows
you to move your seat back a few inches (which not only makes for a more
comfortable driving position, but also gets you farther away from your
airbag).
