You might check out JL Audio's web site: www.jlaudio.com. They have a
product called the Stealthbox which is specifically made for the three
series. They say it fits 96-99 3 series so you might want to check with them
to see if it fits your 00 323 as well.

As a question to the group, I am curious if anybody has tried the stealthbox
for their car?
