This is a pretty big job. Must R & R subframe=5 hours labor. I needed
mine done last year, checked at a couple of local shops and they all
said 5 hours. Talked to the mechanic at the BMW dealership and found
that they do have a special tool available to do the job without
removing the subframe. 1 hour labor per side. Well worth not doing
this job yourself. Try the dealer for this one.
