Three things come to mind....
1) Bad battery
2) Bad alternator
3) Short in stereo system wiring or fusing....
NOT necessarily in that order....
First check the install of your speakers.... make sure there is
no short.... Remember, a SINGLE strand of copper wire can
cause a debilitating short circuit... If you have amplifiers check
your fuses and all grounds.
Next I would get a meter and test the battery and alternator to be
sure you have 12 or so volts at the battery when the car is off and
13.8 or so when the car is running....
If your battery is more than 7 years old it's probably time to
replace it
